Shipping rates are determined by a variety of factors such as a product’s size, weight or how far the destination is. You can find a preview of an orders shipping cost on the cart and checkout pages.
Additional charges may apply when delivering to some territories, Labrador, RR (Rural roads), or remote areas. We will contact you by email and will inform you about this additional cost. You will then have the option to refuse and cancel the order or even provide a new address.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also MUST be in the original packaging and resalable.
Our return policy lasts 10 days from the purchase date. There is a 30% restocking fee of the total invoice for canceled or returned product. The shipping cost is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
NOTE: Discrepancy claims must be filed within 10 days of delivery.
