Returns
Customers can only return items by mail.
Defective Products
This occurs when the product is incorrect, is the wrong paint color, has been damaged by the carrier, or is otherwise defective. We’ll send you a return shipping label, and you’ll receive a full refund.
NOTE: Discrepancy claims must be filed within 10 days of delivery.
NOTE: Any defective parts must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Defective parts must be photographed and uploaded to our returns page or emailed to returns@24kautoparts.ca
Customer Remorse
When a customer purchases the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer desire it, the buyer is responsible for returning the item(s), and shipping charges are not refundable.
For cancelled or returned products and services, there is a 30% restocking fee of the total invoice.
NOTE: Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date you receive the part.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It must also be resalable and in its original packing. Please keep in mind that painted parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.
After that, within 3-5 business days, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
